Upscale Resale Donation Guidelines
Thank you for considering Upscale Resale as a new home for your cherished pieces! We take pride in ensuring every item we accept matches our quality standards and will be loved by its next owner. Here’s how we approach donations:
What We’re Looking For:
We focus on sturdy, well-crafted furniture, especially solid wood pieces in good condition. Items should be free of major damage, stains, or significant wear.
We welcome beautiful and unique items that add character, including but not limited to:
- Solid Wood Furniture: Dressers, tables, cabinets, hall trees, and distinctive decor pieces.
- Upholstered Furniture: Couches and chairs in excellent shape (no rips, stains, or heavy wear).
- Bedroom Sets: Full or queen-size bed sets, including both frame and mattress in good condition (no rips, tears, or stains).
- Dining Sets: Well maintained, complete sets with chairs.
- Electronics and Decor: Flatscreen TVs, unique lamps, and statement decor items.
What We Can’t Accept:
Due to our commitment to quality, we’re selective with what we take. We can’t accept pressboard or particle board furniture, heavily damaged or incomplete items, or bed sets larger than queen size. If your item doesn’t meet our criteria, we’re happy to recommend other local donation options that may be a better fit.

To make donating simple, just send us photos of your items via text, email or reach out to us on Facebook. This helps us quickly determine if they fit our needs and standards. Our goal is to ensure every piece we accept is loved and appreciated as much as you loved it in your home!
